The "tajarin" are typical tagliatelle of Piedmont and those of Maria Pagliasso, historical cook of Boccondivino, have become legendary for the realization. Today those mythical "Tajarin" are made by a kitchen brigade formed by people who immigrated to Italy. The documentary film interweaves the story of Maria Pagliasso with that of the new workers of the "boccondivino" telling the food as an element that goes beyond the territorial boundaries.
